Creamy Carbonara sa Gata by Tsep Dad

June 9, 2016 - It was my sister's birthday and we decided to have pasta for lunch. Tsep Dad cooked us this carbonara with a twist. I never thought of gata for pasta sauce but it was oh so yummy! We had this until dinner.


1 pack Knorr Complete Recipe Mix Ginataang Gulay (33 grams)

1 cup Water
1 cup All purpose cream
1 cup Button mushrooms, sliced
500 grams Cooked spaghetti noodles
Toppings: (Optional)
Bacon bits, toasted garlic or chopped parsley


In a pan, dissolve Knorr Complete Recipe Mix Ginataang Gulay in water.
Bring to boil then lower heat to simmer until thick. Add cream and mushroom.
Toss in cooked spaghetti. Top with any of your preferred toppings before serving.
