June 23, 2016 - Our Tsep Dad prepared healthy food for us. Gabi helped to grind the carrots and squash. So, while cooking, hubby asked him to taste it and asked:
Dad: Do you like it? Even if it's veggies?
Gab: Yes, how would I not like it? It was cooked by Tsep Dad!
My kids don't like veggies much. But we are doing our best to give them healthy foods. This one is a hit.
Ingredients:
1 cup shredded squash
1 cup shredded carrots
1 egg ( beaten)
1 onion ( minced)
1 cup flour
1/2 cup water
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
2. Spoon a portion and deep fry it until golden brown.
3. Serve it hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
