Buffalo Wild Wings at Estancia Mall

July 17, 2016 - I and my college friends decided to meet for some chitchat and bonding time. Our dear friend Weng of Travel Eat Pinas was generous enough to pick us up. She usually does this to bring us together (advantage of having a friend with a car).

Buffalo Wild Wings

We headed to Pasig to look for a place and we had a hard time deciding on where to spend the evening. After a few swivels around, we ended up in Buffalo Wild Wings at Estancia Mall.

The place wasn't crowded during that time, I guess because it was a Sunday night. Most of the customers were Americans which is not surprising since the store originated from the U.S.

The place is spacious, it looks fun and lively.

The yellow theme makes it look vibrant!

You can also see different TV screens around where you can watch live sports while munching food.

Buffalo Wild Wings

For the menu, they served chicken wings, shareable sandwiches, burgers, and other pica-pica.

Here's what I ordered:

Buffalo Wild Wings
Blackened Chicken Sandwich, Php 395

Honestly, I didn't know that it was spicy. I guess the term "black" refers to pepper (first-timer, haha!). Nevertheless, i managed to eat it. Also, the fries on the side is too salty for my taste buds.

Here are what my friends ordered:

Buffalo Wild Wings
Cheeseburger Slammers, Php 475

Buffalo Wild Wings
Half Time Chicken, Php 395

Buffalo Wild Wings
Pepper Jack Steak Wrap, Php 495

Overall, the serving is good here, although the price is a bit steeper. My friends' favorite was the half time chicken. I wasn't able to taste it myself since I was so full. We were also not able to try their pride in handspun wings (too bad!).

While we were in the middle of devouring our food, the Manager approached us and asked how's the food and the service so far. She also asked if there's anything we need. For me, this is a plus point, it only shows how they value customer service and experience.

If you are a sports enthusiast, this is a good place for you and your friends. However, if you are among us who just want endless talks, it isn't a good place. Sometimes the monitors and the sound are distracting, I wonder how noisy this place can get when it's packed.

On a different note, our main purpose is not really to try new food (it just so happened!) but to have a good conversation, and you can have a good conversation regardless of where you are, what food you eat. I'm happy to see these ladies and misses the rest.

  1. I agree, the most important thing is the conversation. Most of the time, breakfast meals lang kami sa fastfood with my mommy friends while our kids are still in school.

  2. The dishes' presentation looks good in fairness! I'm not too fond of overly flavoured food but I might help myself to a serving of buffalo wings haha.

  8. I've heard good things about Buffalo Wild Wings but yeah, people have said that they're a bit pricey. Would still love to try it though. I love buffalo wings! :)

  9. We brought the boys at buffalo wings before and they liked the nachos and buffalo wings and pasta. And everytime we pass by buffalo wings, they would encourage their parents to have lunch there.

  10. We have passed by this resto a lot of times but since we are always with our kids we have not tried this place yet. The place looks noisy whenever we pass by and I'm sure my eldest daughter wouldn't be comfortable eating there. Too bad, I love chicken wings! I'll just try it maybe when the kids are not with us.

  11. We used to frequent this place before because it was new and everyone at home was always craving for either burgers or wings. I love their chicken wrap. Everything's too big though.

  18. They have a branch near my office and I ate there a couple of times. I always had wings though, looking at your photos, I think I need to go back and try the other items in the menu.
